At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Piazza Mercato delle Scarpe 5 to begin the food tour of Bergamo. We will pass through the historic Porta Dipinta and enter the upper part of Lombard Town. Accompanied by our guide, we will explore the streets of the historic center and discover traditional country dishes along with the latest culinary trends.

The tour begins with a traditional Bergamo aperitif paired with a glass of Valcalepio red wine, followed by fresh pasta dishes, including the traditional half-moon shaped filled pasta known as foiade or casoncelli. Our second tasting features polenta with lard and cheese, a historic recipe based on cornflour and featuring taleggio cheese, renowned in Lombard gastronomy.

To conclude the experience, we'll visit an old ice cream parlour to enjoy coffee and taste stracciatella ice cream, which was invented here in the 1960s. The tour lasts 3 hours as we explore Bergamo's culinary delights.
