Hair of Venus Waterfalls Excursion

Around 3 pm, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Palinuro and set off to the Hair of Venus waterfalls, also known as Capelli di Venere, within Cilento National Park. The journey takes us towards Casaletto Spartano, a town included in the Oasi Capello area. Upon arrival, we will take a wooded path along the river leading to the Rio Casaletto Valley.

At the end of the path, we will view the Hair of Venus waterfalls. We will share the legend behind the name during the tour. In the surrounding lush vegetation, you can enjoy the interplay of light and water. Nearby, the remains of an old Norman stone bridge provide a picturesque backdrop for photos.

After viewing the waterfalls, we will proceed to an old water mill, where an area with tables allows us to relax and enjoy a snack. We will then take the bus back to your hotel in Palinuro, completing a four-hour excursion.
