The Al Maha Services Meet and Assist packages are designed with attentiveness in mind. An Al Maha Services Hostess will meet the guests at their point of arrival, transfer or departure and assist with all formalities while relaxing in one of the exclusive lounges. Meet and Assist Services can perfectly compliment guest’s business travel plans.

Gold Service

At the Airport, guests are required to proceed to Al Maha Services Departures Lounge. Guests will be assisted through airline check in; exclusive access to the dedicated immigration counters and expedited immigration formalities through customs clearance, priority boarding; porter assistance with luggage and finally escorted to the boarding gate.

Platinum Service

At the Airport, guests are required to proceed to Al Maha Services Departures Lounge. Guests will be assisted through airline check in; exclusive access to the dedicated immigration counters and expedited immigration formalities through customs clearance, priority boarding; porter assistance with luggage and finally escorted to the aerobridge/aircraft/remote bay. An access to Al Maha Services Transit Lounge (up to 4 hours only) is inclusive in this package.
