Loch Lomond, The Trossachs & Stirling Castle Day Trip

The tour departs from Glasgow, traveling via the picturesque Campsie Fells to Loch Lomond, one of Scotland's largest lochs. You can choose between an hour-long cruise with views of the loch's islands and mountains or a stroll through the conservation village of Luss. The journey continues to the village of Aberfoyle for lunch, located in Trossachs National Park, known for its lochs, mountains, and forests, and as the homeland of Rob Roy MacGregor.

In the early afternoon, we depart for Stirling Castle, located on a volcanic rock. Visitors can explore the castle and learn about historical figures such as William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, and Mary Queen of Scots. The tour concludes with a return to Glasgow around 6 pm.

Important Information

This tour may run in reverse, starting at Stirling Castle and ending at Loch Lomond, depending on the season. Entry into Stirling Castle and the Loch Lomond Cruise is not included. It is recommended to wear warm and/or waterproof clothing, comfortable walking shoes, and to bring sunblock or a hat for sunny days.
