We'll meet at the indicated time at the Quinta da Portela de Baixo winery in Lamego to begin a guided tour. You'll learn more about Portuguese wine as we explore.

Upon arrival at the winery, you'll appreciate the surrounding countryside, which spans over 15 hectares (37 acres) of vineyards. We'll embark on a guided tour to see the facilities, including the wine production and storage room and the Cellar Museum. Here, we will delve into the history of Port wine and its production process.

Next, we'll proceed to the gardens or a panoramic room, depending on the weather, to taste six types of wine produced at the winery, including sparkling wine, DOC Douro white and red wines, as well as three types of Port wine. The tasting will be complemented with regional products such as bôla, olive oil, cheeses, and jams.

After approximately an hour and a half, we'll conclude the guided tour at the starting point.
