The tour begins at the designated time in Piazza Castello, located in the center of Saluzzo. Visitors will be introduced to the impressive Castiglia, the former residence of the Dukes of Saluzzo, which now hosts two museums following a recent restoration.

After viewing the castle from the outside, the tour proceeds through the narrow streets of the center, including charming porticoed passages, with the striking Monviso mountain in the background. This mountain is popularly referred to as the "King of Stone."

Participants will visit the church of San Giovanni, the Town Hall, and the Civic Tower. The route along cobbled streets will showcase aristocratic palaces, churches, and stairways offering stunning views, culminating at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption, a Lombard Gothic structure dating from the late 15th century.

After exploring the cathedral's history and decoration, the tour concludes after 2 hours.
