At 11:30 am, we'll meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. We will begin an experience that will encompass the culinary tradition of this Ligurian city.

We will explore the historic center of Savona, visiting the city's main tourist attractions. Along the way, we will discover characteristic locales where we can taste various delicacies of Ligurian cuisine.

We will sample the classic focaccia all'olio and lesser-known specialties such as panissa, a crunchy snack made from chickpea flour, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread cooked in a wood-burning oven.

We will conclude our tour with something sweet and an espresso. After three and a half hours exploring Ligurian gastronomic tradition, the experience will end.
