Savona Food Tour

At 11:30 am, we'll meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. This experience will engage your senses as you explore Ligurian culinary traditions. We will walk through the historic center of Savona and admire the city's main tourist attractions. Along the way, we'll visit characteristic locales to taste various delicacies of Ligurian cuisine.

Participants will taste the classic focaccia all'olio, as well as lesser-known specialties like panissa, made from chickpea flour, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread baked in a wood-burning oven. The tour will conclude with something sweet and an espresso, highlighting the coffee culture of the region.

After three and a half hours immersed in Ligurian gastronomy, the experience will come to an end.
