Our adventure begins at the designated time outside the Porta Borsari, located in the heart of the historic center, setting the stage for an incredible gastronomic exploration of Verona. Are you ready to embark on this delicious journey?

As we progress through the tour, you'll learn about the rich history of this remarkable Venetian city while indulging in its exceptional gastronomy. We kick off our experience with a traditional aperitif, followed by a tasting of either risotto or freshly made pasta.

Following the sampling of aperitifs and select first courses, we will wrap up our culinary expedition with a wonderful "Pastissada," featuring tender horse meat served with polenta, or a delectable preparation of baccalà alla veronese. This feast is enhanced by a sampling of three local wines, making it a true culinary delight!
