We'll meet at the appointed time in front of the Porta Borsari, in the historic centre, to start the gastronomic tour of Verona. Are you ready? Then let's go!
During the tour, we'll discover the history of this Venetian city while enjoying Verona's cuisine. We'll start with a classic aperitif and continue with a taste of risotto or fresh pasta.
After tasting the aperitifs and some typical first courses, we'll conclude with a "Pastissada", a dish of horse meat and polenta, or with baccalà alla veronese. This will be accompanied by a tasting of three local wines.
After 3.5 hours spent discovering the flavours of Verona, the tour will end.
